Start by visiting https://www.youtubekids.com/. You will then be greeted with the below screen …

Click on ‘I’m A Parent’ …

On the next screen, click on ‘Next’ …

You will now need to verify for age. Type in the year you were born in, and click on ‘Submit’. The ‘Submit’ button will turn blue once your birth year has been typed in …

An informational video will then play. Once it has finished, press ‘Next’. You will not be able to do so until the video has finished playing …

Signing into a Google Account is not mandatory here, so either press ‘Sign in’, or ‘Skip’ …

Terms and Conditions will then appear. Ensure you have read them, and then press on ‘I Agree’ to proceed …

You can now select what type of content you would like your child to view by clicking on one of these three tiles. This choice is down to you …

The below window will then appear. Press on ‘Select’ …

You can then decide whether you would like your child to be able to search for content on YouTube Kids or not. Make your choice by pressing on one of these two buttons …

You will then be shown how to open the parental guide, report videos, and view what your child has been watching. Click on the arrow to navigate through these videos, then press ‘Done’ …

You will now be able to search for the wide range of videos YouTube Kids has to offer by using the search bar. Clicking on the blue magnifying glass button will confirm your selection …

Once you have found the video you want to play, click on it to play it …
