Pinewood is a Special School in rural Hertfordshire on the outskirts of Ware. We cater for 160 pupils in School year 7 to 11. All our pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans.
We are currently looking for a Cover Administrator to join our friendly staff team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Receiving calls from staff regarding absence, organising cover for existing staff and producing a daily cover timetable.
- Liaising and developing relationships with supply agencies, negotiating daily rates for supply staff and ensuring the best value for the school.
- Authorising agency timesheets.
The right candidate will be organised, calm and friendly. Full training and induction will be provided.
This role is part-time – 17 hours per week, over 5 days. Term time only plus 5 inset days.
