May 2021 is National Walking Month. Pinewood has always been good at promoting the wide range of opportunities to get fit and stay healthy so this is yet another example of something we can all do to get more exercise to improve our physical health as well as contributing positively to our mental health too.
Over the course of the month it would be good to track how many miles each family is walking and maybe collate the information for the year group. Please use the link below if you’d like to take part and anonymously record your walking for the month.
